Moon Spirit
Moon glow o’er ocean
haunts with silver beacons.
Dark, shifting tide
strokes earthly bride.
So she gleams
as she sings
lover’s song
rolling sea
breathless
free.

Ms. Casey, this is beautiful! It’s sweet and elegant, but there’s this sadness in it that just renders me breathless. I had to read it a few times because the first two gave me chills. Well done!
